(CNYS) is a private, not-for-profit Behavioral Health Organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals and families affected by mental illness and substance abuse. Created to serve our most at-risk community members, CNYS has worked for over 20 years to provide services to our community members dealing with mental health and substance abuse issues, developmental disabilities and poverty.
