The Apartment Program is designed for men and women who suffer from a mental illness and chemical addiction. The program also accommodates dually diagnosed adults with dependent children. The nine apartments are located throughout the Syracuse area and are easily accessible to public transportation, shopping and laundry facilities. Clients are seen on a daily basis by staff and receive support and assistance in developing daily living skills. They are encouraged to participate in day programs and to receive appropriate outpatient treatment. Individualized treatment plans are provided. The apartment environment is drug and alcohol free with random drug testing conducted.

Transitional in nature, the program concentrates on encouraging a lifestyle for the individuals so that they may live comfortably, and substance free in the community.
