E. Genesee St. Senior Resident Specialist

Central New York Services, Inc. seeks a dynamic, well organized leader to provide assistance and support to the Program Supervisor for a 48 bed residence for adults with mental health and substance abuse diagnoses.   Responsibilities include oversight of residential staff that provides rehabilitative services, coordination of comprehensive services with other community providers, oversight of facility operation and on-call availability.  Requires High School diploma or GED (Associates in Human Services preferred), one (1) year experience in a mental health/substance abuse setting, a valid NYS Driver’s License, active listening skills, effective writing abilities and a positive customer focused attitude.  Experience with an electronic medical record system is also beneficial.
