Forensic Case Management Program

The FCMP provides assessment, transitional, and case management services to inmates of the Madison County Jail who have been diagnoses with mental illness, and/or chemical dependency. Services are also provided to those on probation and parole residing in Madison County. The service is designed to assist clients toward a healthy recovery and to avoid further incarceration. The coordination and facilitation of client involvement in community services is a critical part of the program, as FCMP seeks to support those who are most in need, and most as risk of relapse.
