On line learning is on the way!

CNYS is  in the process of bringing on-line training to our employees. By teaming with Essential Learning, CNYS will be able to offer our staff an easy and convenient new method to get the training our industry requires. Essential Learning is the e-learning leader, offering a broad array of trainings for professionals and paraprofessionals in the mental health and behavioral health field.

CNYS employees will literally have a customized learning resource at their fingertips and the ability to enrich their skill sets in the easiest possible way. Staff can easily access the level of training they require from time sensitive required trainings to certification programs. E-learning can be used to earn Continuing Education Credits (CEU's) as employees work toward gaining credentialing or re-credentialing.  Also, as a company endorsed by the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare, CNYS is confident that Essential Learning offers the best choice now and in the future,  for our staff.

Through e-learning, staff are no longer limited by time or distance constraints that currently hamper our local training. Without these limitation, staff can choose the training that meets their needs and the demands of their job.
