Peeps Popping Up at CNYS 04/13/2011
Peeps art created through digital manipulation
It was a sweet afternoon at the Genesee as residents created artwork inspired by Peeps candy. The brightly colored marshmellow treats are a perennial favorite with kids and adults and CNYS staff and residents are no exception. Our local newspaper, the Syracuse Post-Standard, sponsors an annual Peeps diorama competition and included an art category this year. Taking up the challenge, Genesee residents manipulated photos of Peeps using a computer program to produce original works of art.
