Central New York Services offers a wide variety of programs and services, which a briefly explained below. Transitional Housing ServicesCentral New York Services provides transitional housing services in a variety of formats to make available housing that is most suited to a client's individual needs. Enriched Services – Single Room Occupancy (SRO)The Enriched Services Single Room Occupancy Program is a significant residential system of four separate facilities including the original forty-eight-bed residence still called "The SRO" with private living units and on-site services designed to meet the individual needs of the residents, Gateway House which is a 24-bed facility that opened in 2005, and The Homestead, also a 24-bed residence, which opened in 2008. Lincoln Elms II, a 24-bed facility, came under the direction of CNY Services in 2009. Outpatient Treatment For Dual DiagnosisWe offer two innovative programs that provide rehabilitation and hope for dually diagnosed adults and their families. Financial Management Unit (FMU)The Financial Management Unit serves as the Representative Payee for individuals residing in Onondaga County who, due to the nature of their various disabilities, are unable to manage their own funds directly. Forensic ServicesCNY Services provides various programs and services for individuals who have become involved in the criminal justice system. Assisted Competitive Employment (ACE)The Assisted Competitive Employment program places dually diagnosed individuals in competitive jobs that pay at least the federal minimum wage. Shelter Plus CareThis program assists individuals residing in Oneida County in the maintenance of stable housing through the provision of rental subsidies and security deposits. |
