Outpatient services in group settings to individuals with co-occurring disorders, primary mental health or primary chemical dependency issues. Outpatient services include clinics licensed by the NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) or the NYS Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS).
Housing options range from supported apartment living to shelter plus care up to fully supervised residences. Housing can be transitional or long term.
Programs include person-centered Representative Payee service for Onondaga County residents and employment services for dually diagnosed adults or individuals with mental, emotional, physical or learning disabilities.
Services include court diversion, community case management and behavioral health services within correctional facilities.
