Milestones offers assistance with recovery for adults and adolescents dealing with chemical dependence and mental health issues. Licensed by New York State Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS), our services include evaluations, screenings, and individualized treatment planning. Individual and group therapies, which encompass all stages of change, are constantly updated to meet the needs of our consumers.

We offer Medication Assisted Therapy including Suboxone Replacement Therapy (for the treatment of opiate dependence), and Oral Naltrexone (Revia) or Injectable Naltrexone (Vivitrol) as a preventive treatment for both alcohol and opiate dependent individuals who have already detoxed and wish to protect their sobriety.

Information required at intake includes: Insurance card, Medicaid card, or Medicaid pending letter. Those without insurance will need proof of income (pay stubs, W-2) and should be prepared to pay as determined by a sliding scale.

For individuals with DWIs, please bring driver abstract, police report/tickets, and collateral contacts.
